Warranty Policy: 31 Days. We accept returns of unused items in their original condition within 31 days of the date you received your order. And we are happy to exchange any unused item within 31 days if a product comes to you damaged or defective. Outside of your warranty contact us "support@artufting.com" or through our social media page, we would love to help you out. 

( If a tufting machine returned within 31 days was found to be damaged, lost parts or adjusted in any way, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund.)

After your 31 day warranty, we cover all repair costs outside of shipping for an additional two months. Thats right, you pay for the shipping we take care of the rest.
